Arizonians
I'm attempting this post from my IPhone, so we shall see! We have been here in AZ for a month already & we really like it. It has been in the 80s everyday & we have already visited the pool numerous times. Hot & dry is what it's all about here! I'm dreading this summer filled with 120 tempS & my big belly! Paytyn is adjusting well & loves all the stuff there is to do here. We are in Chandler, which is a suburb of Phoenix. You can drive like 10 minutes and go through Chandler, Tempe, Mesa & Phoenix. Odie has already had two home games & I'm happy to report our Rattlers are 2-0! They head to Tulsa next Monday, so my family are all going. Diva & I will be in Chandler watching. we hope he comes back 3-0, especially since it's Tulsa! We have done a lot of fun stuff since we've been here. Been to a lot of old ghosttowns, ballgames, movies & the famous Ostrich Festival! We've also been to Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium! Looking forward to doing everything AZ has to offer! I am 10 weeks pregnant this week. It's so hard being in AZ and going to the dr in OK! What an expensive challenge this will be! I've been feeling good. A few headaches & lots of exhaustion!!! And I'm showing already! Much faster than with Paytyn! We are doing good here! Missing our families, but enjoying another journey thanks to football!

A New Armstrong Addition
We are having another little boy/girl in October! I can say this one came as a complete shock to Odie and I, but we are super excited! The timing wasn't exactly ours, but like my dear girl Tana Turney said: It's the perfect timing because it's GODs timing! I say it wasn't the best timing because I am moving to Arizona in less than two days!
My doctor is here in Oklahoma, so this will be tricky! But, we are embracing this miracle and can't wait to be parents to a little one again in a few months! GOD is so good! So, Diva will have a little brother or sister around her bday!

Rattler Nation
Kickoff 2011 is right around the corner! Odie is currently already calling Chandler home, so he has been keeping me up to date. He's trying to get to know his teammates and coaching staff. He's an AFL vet, so he catches on to the routines pretty quickly. He is going to be #32 and will be the fullback. Arizona was missing a running game, so they have some pretty high expectations. We shall see. Here's to another successful and injury free season.
Arizona Bound
Less than a week and we will be official Arizonians! Odie left Thursday and we miss him like crazy! His new team is in Chandler, AZ. It's a suburb of Pheonix and we have been there before and it is gorgeous! We lived in Casa Grande last year (its just south of Phoenix) and we loved spending our weekends in the Phoenix area.
This is typical Arizona scenery! We definitely don't go for too many off road walks...cacti, scorpions and snakes...no WAY!
The moutains are breathtaking!
Overall, we are super excited and except for the heat can't wait until Friday. Moving is a pain in the butt, but who can say they go on vacation 6 months out of the year!

A month and counting...
Less than a month & we will officially be Arizona residents...again! I have not even began to pack up our house. But, I'm a pretty excellent packer (since we move every 5 months or so) so I'm not too worried about it. We absolutely LOVE our house we are in now, but duty calls! We will be living in Chandler, AZ which is a suburb of Phoenix. We've been there before and AZ is absolutely beautiful & Phoenix is breathtaking! So, we are starting to prepare Diva for the move...she's going to miss her GiGi & PaPa sooo much!
Our week has been filled with my having the flu & now daddy has strep throat. YUCK! Paytyn has the BEST immune system...she hardly ever gets sick. Let's hope I didn't just jinx her! :)
Saturday, I have my best friend from high school coming to see me! Austin Hawkins and I have kept in touch all these years & I adore his wife, so I am so excited that they are coming to spend the evening with me & Odie. Hopefully, I will have pictures up next week of our night out!
Paytyn is 3 going on 25! She always pretends to be 18! We have been "playing school" & as a teacher, I can say she's way above most 3 year olds. She can trace & identify all her letters, count to 30, write her name...the list goes on and on! She is so sassy & wonderful! She loves to dance & sing. She loves Katy Perry & can sing a lot of her songs! She continually melts my heart & her daddy & I love her more than words! She's excited about daddys season coming up...she loves her some FOOTBALL! But, how could you not with a daddy like she has!
Hope everyone out there is doing great! Have a great rest of the week!

New Years Eve
Since Ms. Doris & Shia were in town for New Years, Odie & I decided to stay in for New Years this year! It was sooo worth it! We started the night off @ GiGi & PaPas, then, went back to our house, got in our pajamas, poured a little sparkling grape juice (girls thought it was wine) & spent the rest of the evening dancing & singing! It was one of the best New Years EVER because we got to spend it with our girls all together as a family! We all made it to midnight, but then, everyone fell asleep except Ms. Doris & I...so, we popped in a movie...what a fun night! We hope everyones New Years was a blessed one!

SKATING Fun
It was the last day of the visit for Shia & Ms. Doris, so we decided to take the girls skating. It was Paytyns first time & let me say she was SOOO much better than I expected. It's funny because I went with her a few times & I wouldn't let go of her hand once. Then, daddy went out there & let her go...who knew I was holding her back. She went 3 times all by herself...who needs me? Haha...We had so much fun!
How do you work these things?
Me with the girls in our OU shirts! It was Fiesta Bowl Day!
Daddy had to occupy himself!
All by myself MOM
not real ba bas...they sold them!
